Traders Information

We will are now in a position to offer Trader's Tables at the Convention.

We hope to have a diverse range of products for people, so please let us know what you plan to offer.  (We would rather not have 6 jewellery stands for example).  

We are planning for the Trader's Fee to be £70 for the whole weekend, which will allow you access to all areas within the convention and the ability to see everything, provided your stall within Rushford Village Market is manned whenever the market is open.  Therefore you  may wish to bring a companion along to help, the fee for the companion will be £30 for the entire weekend.  The market should be open most of the time (from 10am to 6pm), except during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, during the big event on Saturday evening and during "Story-Time" on Friday evening.  If you have already paid a £70 membership fee, then obviously you won't have to pay another £70 for a table. 

In the first instance, for fairness, please fill out the statement of interest below, and tell us what you plan to offer at the Convention, also let us know if you are coming alone or with a companion/helper.  Thank you :) ​
