Pet Policy (Dogs, Dodo's, Swans, Chickens... Pterodactyls)
- All Pets are subject to agreement with the hotel and availability of the "Pet Friendly Rooms" at time of booking.
- Pets are welcome at the Convention hotel, under the circumstances listed in the hotel's pet policy. The convention policy should be read in conjunction with the hotel's own policies.
- Assistance dogs are allowed throughout the Convention hotel, including the restaurant and lounge. Other pets are only allowed in public areas within the Convention hotel for access, and not allowed in any restaurants.
- Pets are not allowed in any of the Convention event spaces, with the exception of assistance dogs. This includes Oops, the Tea and Biscuit rooms, and the Traders/Merchandise Room.
- We welcome well-behaved and trained pets, but if we feel that your pet is causing a nuisance to other guests, we will ask you to leave.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your own pet. Please ensure all dog mess is immediately removed from public areas.
- Pets may only be left unattended in a hotel room. Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles or public areas.
- Please keep in mind that bringing a pet means you might have to miss out on programme items.
- Your pet may only stay in a hotel room if the appropriate surcharge is selected at the time of booking.
- The committee reserve the right to contact the police if they believe an animal is in distress and are unable to contact the owner.
