If you decide to buy any of the merchandise from the Merch area, please be aware that all JodiWorld Products are produced "on demand", and then specially printed to your requirements. Therefore, there is a "no refund" policy on merchandise. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email info@jodiworld.co.uk to submit these claims.
